OUTWARD
Building the presence, language, boundaries, and positioning required to be recognized and rewarded for your work.
The work is practical, structured, and specific to you. Every exercise and coaching session is connected to your actual workplace dynamics, leadership moments, and conversations.

Your coaching sessions build directly on what surfaced in that work. Every session challenges assumptions, names the patterns underneath them, and turns that into action you take this week.
