KICKSTART is a two-hour 1:1 coaching session for people who already know the one thing they'd change first and want to move on it now, without waiting for the right time or the bigger program.
A prep questionnaire comes to you before we meet. This session is built around that one priority. You leave with a written action plan within 48 hours, and the full fee credits toward any program you start within 30 days.

Regular one-on-one work with an experienced coach on where your career is going and the habits carrying you there. You bring the situations, the conversations you're preparing for and the decisions you're weighing. We bring the questions, the structure and the accountability that get you handling them differently.

An intensive gets fastest at something you can name in one sentence. Fixed focus, fixed length, fixed price, so you can see the shape of it before you start. When what you're after runs wider than that, or it's still taking shape, a partnership gets built around you instead. Not sure which is yours? Say so in the first conversation and we'll tell you which one fits, including the honest answer if neither does.

More is asked of you than you expect. You bring the situation that's on your mind, and we go until you can see what's underneath it. You'll be asked why more than once, because the useful answer is rarely the first one. Nothing is off the table: your role, your people, the decisions you've been putting off. You leave with one thing to reflect on and we build from there.

Almost everyone we work with does. Sessions get scheduled around your job, and the work in between is about how you handle situations you're already in rather than homework on top of your week. The change happens in your actual working life, which is the point of it.

VOICE and RESET Intensives are $3,999. The ASCEND intensive starts at $9,499. A KICKSTART session is $1,250, and the full fee credits toward any program you start within 30 days. VELOCITY is priced by proposal after a conversation, because the scope gets built with you. UNSTOPPABLE is by application.

Yes. Conversations about your manager, a move you're considering or a resignation you haven't mentioned to anyone stay with us. We don't discuss clients with anyone.
When your organization is paying, we agree upfront what gets reported back. That's normally that the work is happening and where it's heading, never the content of a session. You'll know exactly what your employer sees before we start.

Whatever works best for you. Most clients end up choosing online sessions since it's easier to fit around a schedule, and it means we're not limited by geography. We work with clients across Canada and the US, not just here in Calgary. In-person sessions are available too, however travel premiums may apply.
It Starts With a Conversation
A conversation with Dawn or Andrew. You'll leave with at least one concrete step you can take that week, whether or not we ever work together. You don't need to be certain before you book. Certainty is what the conversation is for.
