A conversation with Dawn or Andrew. You'll leave with at least one concrete step you can take that week, whether or not we ever work together. You don't need to be certain before you book. Certainty is what the conversation is for.

We take a small number of clients each quarter and we choose them as carefully as they choose us.

If you're ready to be challenged like never before, let's talk.

Fourteen to eighteen weeks for most people. The work is self-paced, so the length depends on how much time you need between sessions. Some people move quickly, others sit longer with a particular piece, and the intensive stretches to fit rather than pushing you through on a schedule.
The exercises are built to fit around a full-time workload, in short focused stretches rather than long blocks. Doing them is what lets your session time go into the real conversation instead of the warm-up.
Yes, and that is how nearly everyone does it. Sessions are one-to-one and scheduled around you, and the work between them is designed to be short, focused work. Depending on reflection time, about one hour per week.
You meet with both Dawn and Andrew before any engagement to best determine which coach is best suited to help you achieve your goals. Some clients have chosen to move between Dawn and Andrew for different parts of their intensives. The choice is entirely up to you.
An intensive fits when you can name what you are working on in a sentence. Private coaching fits when you cannot, or when the change runs wider than a single focus. If you are not sure, say so in the conversation and we will tell you which one is right.
You will not get far before we notice, and we will say so. If a different intensive fits better, we move you. If none of them fit, we tell you that too and point you to where you will get the most benefit for your investment.
Often, yes. Many employers fund leadership development, and an intensive is straightforward to put in front of a manager because the focus and the outcome are defined before you start. What you say in your sessions stays between us regardless of who pays the invoice. If you’d like a proposal template to present to your leader, we can provide you that information.
You leave with a 90-day plan, the tools you have been using, and habits you have already tested on real situations. The plan is the part that matters. It keeps the change moving once the sessions stop.
