As the only female executive at a global company of 6,800+ employees, I had to find my voice, claim my space, and lead with strength and clarity. Now, I help others do the same. My style is direct, honest, and unshakably focused on results. I ask the tough questions that spark clarity, courage, and real transformation. Whether navigating career transitions, cultural dynamics, or leadership challenges, I coach with one goal: to turn limitations into launchpads.
